CANCELLATION POLICY

We value each guest and your time. Life happens — when it does, we simply ask that you communicate promptly so your stylist can accommodate any necessary changes with care and professionalism. Cancellation, Late, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior communication will have their appointment canceled and charged 100%. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may be restricted from future bookings. • I understand that circumstances can change. Clients may reschedule their appointment one time with at least 48 hours’ notice, and any deposit/payment already made may be transferred to the new appointment date. • Appointments requiring 3+ hours reserve a significant portion of my schedule. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered a late reschedule and the original deposit will be forfeited and will not transfer. A new deposit is required to reserve another appointment. • Only one reschedule is permitted per appointment/deposit. A second reschedule will require a new booking and new deposit. • Please reschedule only when you are reasonably confident you can attend the new appointment. Because extended services remove several hours of availability from my books, I cannot repeatedly hold large appointment blocks without confirmation. These policies protect our stylists’ time and ensure fairness for all guests.
