CANCELLATION POLICY
We value each guest and your time. Life happens — when it does, we simply ask that you communicate promptly so your stylist can accommodate any necessary changes with care and professionalism. Cancellation, Late & No-Show Policy • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior communication will have their appointment canceled and charged 100%. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may be restricted from future bookings. These policies protect our stylists’ time and ensure fairness for all guests.
